Returns and Cancellations 5.1 Cancelling or Changing an Order: Once a successful order has been placed, it means that we have already processed your order and the item(s) have been removed from available stock and cannot be cancelled or changed. 5.2 Returning a faulty, damaged, or defective product: If the product has been faulty or damaged, you will not need to pay for the delivery. We will replace your product and send it back to you free of charge. Faulty, damaged, or defective products are inspected by our specialized team then products cam be exchanged. However, if the damaged was caused by yourself, the product will be returned back to you. Please note, that we do not accept products damaged by negligence, used products, or products that have been damaged from any other activities rather than the intended ones. The life expectancy of a product depends on the user and the conditions of use. Products that have been damaged by normal wear or have exceeded their reasonable life span will not be replaced. 6 Product Exchange 6.1: If you have purchased a product that you want to change the size or exchange it with another item, you can do so. Products can be returned to any ACS Pickup point. You need to return the product to us within 15 calendar days after the delivery, complete, and in its original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept the product. Please note that you can also exchange your items in our store. 6.2 Refunds: You can return and exchange your purchase for up to 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless it’s prepaid by yourselves. However, if you have received the wrong product, or if a product has been faulty, damaged or defective, then we will change it for you without extra costs.
