These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between us, namely, PBT PAYMENT SOLUTIONS LTD and you, the Customer and/or User, regarding the Plirose.com service offered through www.plirose.com.
www.plirose.com is a website which facilitates secure internet payments from Cardholders and/or Users to participating Merchant(s). By submitting your Card details, you understand and agree that PBT PAYMENT SOLUTIONS LTD will charge the Card you entered for the amount of the Transaction.
The use of, and the access to pages of the website is subject to these Terms and Conditions set out below.
By accessing, browsing and/or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of use as well as the notices contained herein and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, you hereby explicitly and unreservedly agree with the content of all the present Terms and Conditions as these may be amended by PBT PAYMENT SOLUTIONS LTD from time to time and are available at PBT PAYMENT SOLUTIONS' Website at www.plirose.com. This Website may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. In these Terms and Conditions, references to persons shall include legal entities (unless otherwise specified therein and unless otherwise provided by any applicable law), references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and references to any gender shall include all genders.
Upon receiving authorization from the issuer of your Card, PBT will process the Transaction on your behalf. When you use your Card, you will be transacting directly with the Merchant and not PBT. PBT will simply process the Transaction through its secure Internet payment system. The name of the Merchant, and not PBT, will appear on your Card statement.
You hereby authorize and instruct PBT to act accordingly for the execution of Transactions that are received from you, through www.plirose.com.
It is PBT's intention that orders for payment Transactions received through www.plirose.com be processed as quickly as practicable, to the extent possible.
PBT bears no responsibility whatsoever as a result of problems to the operation of the telecommunications network which does not fall within its jurisdiction or control and may have a negative impact on the proper and timely execution of the order transmitted. In the event that the User is unable to access certain digital service channels of PBT due to telecommunications failure and/or due to force majeure events, the User may have to use alternative channels to perform any payment to participating merchants.
The User shall provide and maintain at his own expense, telephone, personal computer, or other equipment necessary to access www.plirose.com and shall ensure that such equipment satisfies all standard technical and security requirements and/or any other requirements that may be specified by PBT from time to time.
PBT may at any time and at its absolute discretion delay and/or suspend and/or terminate and/or refuse the execution of any Transaction pending the completion of all necessary and/or essential checks related to matters of regulatory compliance and/or money laundering and/or financial fraud and/or legislation. PBT shall have no obligation to give any notice in respect of the above if such notice is contrary to objectively justified security reasons or is prohibited by other relevant Cyprus or EU legislation.
PBT will not be liable for any damage and/or loss suffered by the User as a result of the delay and/or suspension and/or termination and/or refusal to execute any Transaction for the above mentioned reasons.
PBT will not be liable for any inaccurate and/or incomplete and/or insufficient information which has been stated/declared by the User through www.plirose.com in relation to the execution of any Transaction. Consequently, PBT will not be liable for any damage and/or loss by the User as a result of such acts.
PBT may at any time and at its absolute discretion extend or limit the services offered by and/or decide the hours and days on which www.plirose.com can be used.
The User shall be obliged to use www.plirose.com according to these Terms and Conditions. Once the User receives access to www.plirose.com he shall be responsible for the safe-keeping of his account details such as his email address and password and any other log-in details that he may be given by www.plirose.com. He shall also be responsible for the prevention of any fraudulent use thereof and should undertake all necessary actions for their safety. PBT shall bear no liability for any unauthorised access to the User's account.
The User acknowledges and agrees that by using www.plirose.com, any transactions initiated or carried out using the Card associated by the User with their account across various channels, will be accessible through the platform in a consolidated view. This includes, but is not limited to, transactions conducted via online channels, mobile applications, or any other authorized methods. The platform will display transaction details such as date, time, amount, and merchant information, providing you with a comprehensive overview of your Card activity. By continuing to use the platform, you expressly consent to the visibility and accessibility of your Card transactions through the platform's interface. It is emphasized that the safety of your account details in order to prevent unauthorized access to your account is crucial, as stated in clause 4 above.
All goods and services purchased through PBT are sold "as is" by the Merchant unless the Merchant has indicated otherwise. PBT disclaims all liability and responsibility for the quality and/or availability and/or quantity and/or delivery of the goods or services and you agree to purchase such goods and services purchased through www.plirose.com at your own risk.
Any business logo, sign, trademark of the Merchant or any Merchant's identifying material produced and/or submitted to PBT by the Merchant to be imaged on or appear at www.plirose.com website in order to facilitate the submission of a payment for the benefit of the Merchant, shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Merchant. The Merchant shall be solely liable for the accuracy and/or lawfulness of any text, logo and/or information provided to PBT regarding the description or nature of his business entity, organisation and/or his business activities as well as for any violation and/or infringement of applicable legislative provisions and/or of the applicable law in respect of the above. PBT disclaims all liability and responsibility in respect of any infringement of such applicable legislative provisions in this respect. By accessing and using the website of www.plirose.com you agree and accept that you are responsible to choose the appropriate and correct Merchant in order to perform any such payment.
All the information on this Website including all images of PBT is the copyrighted material of PBT except as otherwise indicated. Copying, downloading, republishing, distributing, or reproducing any of the information on this Website is prohibited without the prior written consent of PBT as this constitutes and remains, at all times, the intellectual property of PBT.
