Just browse through www.shoebox.com.cy : Then, select your favourite products; By clicking on them you may select colour and size of your preference. Then you add the item to your cart. By clicking on your cart at the right side of the top of the page, you may proceed to checkout, enter your details for delivery of the items and the way of payment. Returns Policy If you changed your mind you can return the items according to the below conditions: – Your return must take place within 14 days of delivery. – Shoes must be in their original condition and packaging. – Items must have all brands’ tags attached. – Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. – You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to SHOEBOX. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. – Claims for damaged goods must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, please inspect goods immediately upon their receipt. – The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer. – We reserve the right not to refund you if your return falls outside the terms of our Returns Policy. – We will issue a full refund (excluding delivery cost and cash on delivery charge) Orders to Cyprus and Greece: Your parcel will be delivered with Geniki Taxidromiki courier service and be delivered within 2-5 working days. You have 3 options of paying: • Cash on Delivery • PBT Payment Gateway accepting Visa, Master Card, Maestro Orders to other EU countries: Your parcel will be shipped with Skynet courier service and be delivered within 2-5 working days. You have 1 option of paying: • PBT Payment Gateway accepting Visa, Master Card, Maestro Notes: Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
