Returns Please use the following scenarios accordingly: Scenario 1 - Unopened, unused, in its original packaging Return at any A.Y.K. Co Ltd shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at any A.Y.K. Co Ltd shop within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value. In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase. Scenario 2 - Opened, unused, in its original packaging Return at any A.Y.K. Co Ltd shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. In case of purchase from our online shop you can return at any A.Y.K. Co Ltd shop within 14 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. The product will be checked from our Service Department and if it complies with our Warranty Policy we will proceed with the exchange. The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value. In case of purchase from our online shop, you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase. Where to return your products You can return your products, at any A.Y.K. Co Ltd shop, Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:30.
