M.A.Goldbuyers Ltd History & profile The company was incorporated on 29 Dec 2011 for the purpose of trading in gold and gold jewellery. The company has since been registered with the Cyprus Organization for the Hallmarking of Articles of Precious Metals or Cyprus Assay Office (CAO) (assay.org.cy) as follows: 1. of Buyers of Second-Hand Articles; Registration no 40 – All towns 2. of Jewelers; Registration no 1247 The Company complies fully with the relevant legislation, “The Cyprus Organization for the Hallmarking of Articles of Precious Metals (as amended) Law of 2010” which was put into force on 26/3/2013. The company has its internal operational manual and procedures that comply fully with the relevant law . The company’s internal manual and procedures have been approved by the relevant authority and their strict application is monitored on a regular basis through surprise audit visits by the relevant authority, the Cyprus Assay Office. The company at some point maintained 15 shops throughout Cyprus (see attached list). The company is currently present through its shops in Nicosia, Limassol, Pafos and Paralimni.
